The witness of the Holy Spirit means to be baptized with the Spirit. In other words, to be filled with the Spirit and utter forth tongues to communicate with God. After receiving the Spirit baptism and speaking in tongues, every Christian should be built into the New Testament Church. (The purpose of Spirit baptism is to establish the body of Christ—church.) He should continue to be soaked in the Holy Spirit, often pray in the Spirit to gain heavenly power, so as to deal with the world, sins, and evil powers. He should seek to be constantly filled with the Holy Spirit to lead a holy life and bear an effective witness for the Lord until He comes again.
