Today䏭 Prophet of All Nations Elijah Hong

A few days later, under the sacrificial serving of Sis Kong, the problems of brothers and sisters were solved one after another. Cold hearts melted by the fire of love became fervent again and saw the vision more clearly. Therefore, church attendance increased by the day and even the road was crowded with people. The services were very glorious and abundant. Nevertheless, Sister Kong was not satisfied in her spirit. In fact, Tainan䏭 problems were Sister Kong䏭 heaviest burden during her trip to Taiwan. There were some brothers in Tainan who couldn脌 understand the truth of hanging up the signboard of the New Testament Church (NTC). They were also unenlightened towards Sister Kong䏭 ministry so they couldn脌 boldly trust her leading. Thus, no one informed them of Sister Kong䏭 arrival in Taiwan. Moreover, Sis Kong was moved by the Holy Spirit to unite the brothers and sisters in the truth and in the Holy Spirit because the Holy Spirit wanted to work in Tainan and kindle the flame of revival. A few days passed and she still didn脌 see the brothers, so she was very burdened and anxious. The Holy Spirit kept urging her to seek them.

On the night of December 11, after the service ended, someone suddenly informed Sister Kong that those few brothers had arrived. Sister Kong䏭 joy knew no bounds! Even though it was very late, she immediately discussed with them through writing and asked them to put down their self to walk on the path of the cross together.

After the breaking of bread on the following afternoon (12th), Sister Kong took pictures together with brothers and sisters outside the church premises. She was too strenuous so she spat a great deal of fresh blood that dripped on the road (land of Taiwan). This was the blood of a martyr, the sacrificial blood that was offered for God䏭 will. The glorious flame of revival in Taiwan was ignited.

After this, Sister Kong was moved to wash the feet of the brothers and sister. She deeply hoped that through this ministration the brothers and sisters of the NTC would imitate our Lord Jesus Christ, be sacrificial, love one another, and serve all men. This was not a ritual, but the outpouring of life. As Sister Kong washed the feet of the brothers and sisters and wiped them dry with towels, they all wept. They saw how Sister Kong was served sacrificially and humbly. All of them were moved. They wept and offered themselves anew. Nevertheless, the few brothers of Tainan couldn脌 accept Sister Kong䏭 ministration of washing feet because they hadn脌 completely dealt with the old leavens of the denominations. For the whole day, Sister Kong didn脌 see them and she felt most regretful about it.

On the morning of the 13th (Day of Purim as recorded in the bible), these Tainan brothers planned to go back, but they were urged by the Holy Spirit to stop by the Church of Taipei. They planned to bid farewell to Sister Kong before leaving but unexpectedly once they met Sister Kong, they couldn脌 leave. Sister Kong was most concerned and earnest and kept them back for an open discussion. They discussed from morning until six o緽lock in the evening. As Sister Kong had been discussing for the whole day without rest, her strength failed her and her tongue bled profusely. Brothers and sisters couldn脌 take it and persuaded her several times to take a rest upstairs. But Sister Kong saw that the doubts of these few brothers were not resolved and the Holy Spirit was not satisfied. She said that she couldn脌 rest for the work of the Holy Spirit was not done, so she endured extreme fatigue and pain and continued to discuss with them.

It wasn脌 until dusk when Brother Kuang, on seeing Sis Kong vomited blood several times, began to wonder if he had offended God and was afraid. He didn脌 want to cause Sister Kong more sufferings so he announced that he personally had no question about Sister Kong䏭 ministry Before he could proceed further, brothers and sisters shouted for joy. Sister Kong and the coworkers laid hands on them. Sister Kong also specially washed their feet.

Actually there was a brother whose problems were not thoroughly solved but seeing how the Holy Spirit worked he just went with the flow. Moreover, he was deeply touched by Sister Kong䏭 extremely humble, meek, diligent, faithful, and sacrificial ministration. He kept quiet and waited before God with a God-fearing heart.

When Sister Kong washed the feet of these few Tainan brothers, she really poured out her life to serve them. It was especially so for this brother. She held his hands tightly in silence. The earnestness of how she hoped the Lord would gain him and he be gained by the Lord was conspicuous to all. When she laid hands on him and prayed for him, she pressed her head against his. How she hoped that his conceited mind and natural concepts would be shattered by and renewed by God. Lastly, she leaned on him. How she hoped that she could pour out and impart to him all the revelations she had received from God. The ever-binding love of the Lord filled this brother abundantly through the sacrificial ministration of Sister Kong. He wept bitterly, offered himself anew, and partook in the bread and cup to commemorate the Lord with the brothers and sisters in the Lord䏭 immense love. On the 13th, the day before Sister Kong䏭 departure,, the Holy Spirit accomplished this great work of unity. Sister Kong䏭 mission for this trip was abundantly completed.

Who is this brother? How is he related to the success of Sis Kong䏭 mission? Why did the Holy Spirit urge her to seek for this brother so earnestly as though seeking for a lost sheep that she had to find him? He is none other than today䏭 latter Elijah whom God has ordained, the Prophet of All Nations, Elijah Hong. Long before creation, God had chosen him to succeed Sister Kong䏭 ministry in the latter days and to lead the NTC to advance, accomplish God䏭 eternal plan, and to bring down the great revival of the twentieth century. That was why God specially sent Sister Kong to gain him through her sacrificial ministration.

At the airport on the 14th, before Sister Kong left Taiwan, she called Brother Elijah Hong to her side and continued to discuss with him and advised him through writing. Before she boarded the plane, she turned and held his hand and her daughter䏭 to have a photograph taken for remembrance. Following, hundreds of brothers and sisters burst into singing, 𦛼ictory, Victory, Hallelujah! to bid her farewell. Sister Kong knelt on the ground in front of the plane to worship the Lord and commended the isle of East into the gracious hand of God, beseeching Him to bestow a wonderful revival that would spread to the ends of the earth. Then she boarded the plane and left Taiwan.

Sister Kong arrived in Taiwan on December 7 and left on December 14. She was in Taiwan for only seven days (seven is a complete number in the bible). Yet she left behind a pool of blood in the isle of the East and a burning heap that sparked off the prelude to the revival of 1966. More importantly, she sought and found the successor to the mission of the era for the Lord. This fire was passed on, the flame of revival will burn brighter and brighter and will burn throughout the whole world.

After Sister Kong returned to Hong Kong, the condition of her tongue worsened. The gangrene and hard lumps spread and she was in great agony. In excruciating pain and extreme weakness she completed the Acts of the Holy Spirit chapter 1820. Her daughter, Cheung, remained in Taiwan to preach the full gospel. First, Cheung held a gospel campaign in Tainan and the flame of revival was kindled and spread to the south and to other parts of Taiwan. Thus, the victorious flag of blood, water, and Holy Spirit was unfurled everywhere. On July 21, she called a meeting for the NTC coworkers in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and America and preached to them explicitly on Apostleship, an important truth relating to the Holy Spirit rebuilding the NTC which her mother was entrusted with. Sister Kong prophesied at the end of 1964 that God would revive His work in the isle of the East. In 1966, the truth of building the church that was hidden for more than a thousand years was restored. This fulfilled Sister Kong䏭 prophecy beyond a doubt. When Sister Kong heard about it in Hong Kong and saw all the photographs of the convention, she was extremely joyous and consoled because God had once again confirmed the Inspiration of 7.21 (the Holy Spirit rebuilds the NTC and demolishes the denominations; the full gospel of blood, water, and Holy Spirit shall spread from the East to the West to lead all nations back to the NTC flow to the mountain of the Lord䏭 house, and await the Lord䏭 coming). From that day onward, she gradually slipped into a coma and was finally called to rest in the Lord at 1:00 p.m. on August 17, 1966.
