Worship
In 1963, the Prophet of All Nations, Elijah Hong, was led by God to go up to Mount Zion. While lying down to sleep on a stone pillow, he made a vow to God: �𦔒�耱l walk in Your will and live in Your presence all the days of my life. May this land become Your resting place. May all Your people serve You in Your will.�� God also set a covenant with His servant, saying, �𦔒 will give to you and your descendants the land on which you are lying. Your descendants shall be as the dust of the earth. You will spread abroad to the west and the east, to the north and the south; and through you and your descendants I shall bless all nations. I will be with you and protect you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.�� True to His covenant, the faithful God accomplished many great things for His servant.
For more than 10 years, the people of Zion gathered to worship God out in the open as well as in the church premises. On December 21, 1978, God�䏭 Spirit came down mightily upon the Prophet of All Nations, Elijah Hong. He firmly raised up both his arms for over half an hour, yet did not feel the least bit tired. Later, in the motion pictures taken of that service, we saw the glory of the Throne glowing from all around the prophet. Light from his palms and body flashed brightly. The glory, which was invisible to the naked eye, was also radiating from the whole congregation. God has truly shone from Zion, the perfection of beauty. He has set His King on Zion and made His servant, Elijah Hong, the representative of the King.
On May 10, 1979, God�䏭 Spirit brought the prophet back to the place where he had slept on a stone pillow, the place around the temple and the Big Stony Hill. God urged him to clean up the area and build the Tent of Shem there. He also moved him to settle down on Zion, and lead the saints to worship Him at �𦒄hrist is the Rock.�� Thereafter, God appeared to him, revealing to him the mysteries in the prophetic books --- the hidden truth in the Bible, . This is a testimony that the law shall go out of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. The prophet then realized that when God�䏭 chosen vessel served Him in the place chosen by Him, His will would be revealed and His work done. The biblical truth of God�䏭 chosen man being joined to His chosen place has finally been unveiled.
Toward the end of 1979, the prophet was inspired to proclaim: �嚹his Mount Zion in Hsiaolin is the mountain of the LORD�䏭 house, to which all nations would flow in the last days which prophet Isaiah had prophesied about.�� Saints are now drawn from all over the world to this holy mountain in Taiwan, to meet the prophet and entreat God�䏭 grace. Mount Zion, the place where the prophet slept on a stone pillow, has indeed become the house of God, the gate of heaven.
